This is just getting too much. A few days ago, I got an email that my files have been removed because I did not login for 45 days. I had 10 days to recover them if I upgrade to a premium account.
The truth was I was never able to login to orbitfiles earlier because there used to be some gray screen popup on the login page and I could not type anything.
Still, I upgraded to the Zeus account but still no files in my account. I've sent 6-8 emails to support@orbitfiles.com, also to live support (WHICH IS ALWAYS OFFLINE) but no reply.
This is utter waste of money. If I dont get my files back, I shall complain to the Better Business Bureau and to other organizations.
